At the end of September, the Scrambly team came together at a cozy villa near Warsaw to spend a relaxed day without haste or formalities. Colleagues arrived from different cities and countries — the event became a long-awaited chance to finally meet offline and simply enjoy time together.
Guests were greeted at the entrance by an English-speaking host, while the event manager oversaw every detail. The welcome area offered non-alcoholic cocktails, light snacks, and branded name stickers that instantly broke the ice between new acquaintances.
After a short opening speech, the founders shared their reflections and plans — brief yet inspiring. That moment set the tone for the entire day: the team was moving in the same direction and feeling a shared energy.

After lunch, the team building began across four stations — dynamic, fun, and fairly judged.

• Water Biathlon — strategy, speed, and team spirit.
The winning team received a large trophy amid cheers and applause.
The pace then shifted to creativity with a fluid art masterclass. Guests experimented with liquid acrylic, creating their own abstract paintings — vivid memories of the day.
Before dinner, a prize lottery was held — from scented candles to the grand prize, a MacBook. The laughter and joy of the winners became one of the evening’s warmest moments.
As the night settled in, the atmosphere turned cozy and laid-back: a shisha lounge opened on the terrace, with soft lighting and blankets. Inside, dinner was served, followed by the highlight of the evening — musical bingo. Guests guessed songs together, debated over intros, shared stories, and soon the night transformed into a dance party.
