Guest reception

Guests are greeted by sunset and a rooftop freedom vibe. The space is decorated in light, pastel tones – fabric, wood, candles and soft lighting.

At the welcome – cocktails, prosecco, lemonades, snacks and seasonal fruit.

Chillout music plays, and both a photo zone and photo booth are in place. From the first moment, everything breathes lightness and style.

Team-building at height

This team-building format is about enjoying the process together. Instead of active games – creative tasks where everyone contributes.

We offer:

• collaborative art project: shared canvas or wish wall
• light-hearted quiz about the company, summer and aesthetics

Activities require no preparation – they’re intuitive, pleasant and foster informal interaction and shared vibes.

Buffet and summer menu

Optional cold & hot stations, grill, finger food.

Later in the evening – dessert station and coffee corner.

Evening program

As the sun sets, the most atmospheric time begins:

• live music: acoustic or DJ set (deep house, jazz-fusion)
• thank-you speeches, short presentation or quiz
• prize draws or warm congratulations

After 9 PM the music becomes more upbeat – the dance segment begins with a smooth groovy setup. The rooftop space fills with lights, laughter and a touch of night-time euphoria.
