Sometimes, you don’t need a stage, costumes, or a script to recharge and feel like a team — just summer, the right vibe, and a bit of silliness. That’s exactly how Softnetix’s summer corporate event went: a villa near Warsaw, a pool, watermelons, plenty of laughter, and the feeling that it wasn’t an event, but a laid-back weekend with friends.
How it went
From early morning, the team took over a cozy space with a pool, jacuzzi, and green surroundings. We prepared a rich yet relaxed program — everything to make the day fun, active, and refreshingly informal.
Here’s what was waiting for the guests:
• XXL beer pong — full of laughter, competitive spirit, and early rounds of applause
• Flipper football — some played, others watched and laughed, but no one stayed indifferent
• Water biathlon — hitting the rubber ducks turned out harder than it looked
• Watermelon race — photogenic summer chaos and pure joy
• Giant Jenga — simple rules, lots of excitement
• Chill zone with shisha — for those who wanted a break from the action
• Karaoke in the evening — loud, cheerful, and dancing till sunset
One guest truly stole the show — a fluffy dog belonging to one of the employees. He became the team’s favorite and a real participant of the party, from lounging in the chill zone to appearing in countless photos.
Throughout the day, guests enjoyed catering with light snacks, hot dishes, and an open bar — everything accessible and fuss-free.
Our actions
• Found a villa with the necessary infrastructure for the Wild Villa Games format
• Designed a scenario focused on active, summery, and original games
• Set up chill-out and dining areas with a smart event layout
• Provided music, technical support, and karaoke entertainment
• Organized a food zone with all-day catering and an open bar
What made it special
Wild Villa Games wasn’t just a program — it was a mood. A cozy venue, unforced activities, a flexible schedule, and freedom of participation made the event feel natural and alive. The goal wasn’t to impress — it was to bring joy. And the Softnetix team left with warm energy, new inside jokes, and a sense of real connection.
