We organized a corporate event for 85 employees of the international company HiQo. The main goal was to create a relaxed atmosphere for communication, provide pleasant memories, and offer new experiences.
Our Actions:
- We selected a beautiful, modern winery near Krakow – the perfect place for our concept.
- Organized guest logistics from three different cities in Poland.
- Planned the program and created the event schedule.
- Developed and decorated the event, including a photo zone.
- Hired contractors for catering, bar, background activities, and photography.
- Arranged a performance by a cover band.
How It Went:
- Guests were welcomed and greeted, then taken on a vineyard tour where the winery owner talked about grape growing and wine production.
- Professional sommeliers conducted wine tastings.
- Organized a master class on painting with wine and coffee, and created a branded photo mosaic for the company's office.
- In the evening, there was a quiz and a funbox activity, finishing the event with a cover band performance and a disco.
Challenges We Faced:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to find a replacement transfer from the location to Warsaw within hours. Of course, we managed to handle this task!
Result
The event went great, and the guests were happy and inspired by new knowledge and experiences.
