Sometimes, the best plan is no plan at all. Just getting out of the city, switching off the daily routine, and spending a day among your own people. That’s exactly how On The Spot’s summer corporate event unfolded: a big, friendly team, a scenic hotel near the forest, and an atmosphere where being yourself felt easy.
How it went
From the early morning, the venue turned into a lively outdoor playground full of activities for every taste. Over 100 participants arrived from across Poland, and many stayed overnight — to take it slow, forget about the clock, and truly enjoy the moment.
The program was built around ease, engagement, and creativity:
• Contests with the host — a relaxed and playful show where participants mimicked TikTok trends, competed in lighthearted challenges, and filmed each other constantly
• XXL beer pong — the undeniable hit of the day, drawing crowds and turning each match into a spectacle
• Creative zone with fluid art — vibrant, soothing experiments with paint. Guests took their artworks home as souvenirs
• Board and outdoor games — perfect for warming up, mingling, and having fun
• Costume contest — full of imagination: from mini-performances to subtle references. It became one of the day’s most talked-about moments
• Photo booth with branded prints — everyone could take home a framed memory
• Chill zone with shishas, beanbags, and soft lighting — the perfect spot for relaxed conversations
Evening part
As the sun set, the event shifted into an evening vibe: live music, dancing, and a karaoke contest with rounds of applause. Some performances were so impressive they could’ve easily made it onto a talent show.
Food and drinks
Guests enjoyed a lunch in the open air and a grilled dinner served by waitstaff. Everything was tasty, unhurried, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully arranged.
Our actions
• Found an out-of-town venue with the required infrastructure
• Designed a program with various activity zones for 100+ guests
• Provided an event host and a team of animators
• Organized creative and interactive areas, including a fluid art workshop
• Set up a food zone with full service and a bar
• Created a cozy, light-hearted summer vibe through lighting, decor, and chill-out areas
What made it special
The On The Spot event reflected the spirit of the team itself — multifaceted, cheerful, and open to trying new things. The freedom to choose — play, create, relax, perform — created a comfortable space for everyone. The informal tone, spontaneous interaction, and raw emotions turned the day into more than just a company event — it became a true summer festival for the team.
