Context
December is a time to exhale, not rush. A team of 26 people needed a calm pause rather than another loud banquet. The client sought balance: a complete change of scenery, but without long travel or exhausting logistics.
The Task: Organize a City Detox. Create a space where guests stop thinking about deadlines and simply connect with each other in person.
Event Flow
We checked the team into a spa hotel and made a bold move — we completely removed the agenda.
- Format: No hosts, no timing. Just the pool, saunas, and nature walks.
- Goal: To allow guests to sleep in and switch from work mode to rest mode. Without this pause, the celebration the next day would not have worked.
Day 2. New Year Symphony
The evening program was built around music. It is the ideal connector for a team that speaks different languages.
- Kick-off: A glass of sparkling wine and a "blind" lottery. Guests drew gifts from Santa’s sack — a simple mechanic that instantly brought back the childhood joy of the holidays.
- Music Bingo: The main hit of the night. Instead of numbers — favorite tracks. Within 15 minutes, the entire room was singing along.
- Vinyl Art: Creative zone. Guided by an artist, guests customized vinyl records, turning them into interior art pieces.
- Sound Lab: An interactive table where anyone could create their own beat and feel like a DJ.
- Personal Touch: Each guest received a musical prediction card — we designed them in advance based on the employees' personalities.
Finale
Agency Solutions (Production & Logistics)
- Location: We chose Konstancin-Jeziorna. Only 30 minutes from Warsaw, yet providing a full resort atmosphere surrounded by forest.
- Menu: We curated a gastronomic set to suit all guests, regardless of diet or habits.
- Details: We focused on tactile experiences — custom cards, vinyls, paints. This is more memorable than just a stage show.
