Concept "The Last Deal": Custom 1930s detective storyline for 30 employees at a private villa.
Event Flow
Onboarding and Immersive Briefing
- Faction Alignment: Participants split into teams, received custom field journals, and developed their own faction identities (name, reputation, hierarchy). This quickly dissolved initial social friction and fast-tracked active role-play.
Investigative Zones & Gameplay
- The Study: Focus on attention to detail. Teams analyzed letters and visual cues to uncover the initial evidence.
- Accounting: Logic and data analytics. Participants tracked the financial trail by auditing vintage ledgers and payroll sheets.
- The Bedroom: The suspect's private quarters. Clans pieced together a psychological and physical profile of the mole using hidden artifacts and color codes.
- The Lunch Room: A transitional threshold. We embedded logic puzzles based on chemical elements to divert teams from obvious conclusions.
Debriefing & Climax
- The Final Bet: The endgame zone was stylized as an underground casino—a nod to the era. A blend of probability, a locked chest, and a set of keys drove tension to its peak. The ultimate clue had been hidden in plain sight all along.
- The Moral Dilemma: We concluded the quest with a collective vote—to pardon or penalize the traitor—rather than a generic accusation. This triggered intense debate and created a powerful emotional peak before transitioning to the casual evening social.
Kitchen Event Solutions (Production & Game Design)
- Zero-to-Hero Scripting: We authored a completely unique narrative and game loop exclusively for the client, completely opting out of off-the-shelf templates.
- Bespoke Prop Production: We designed and manufactured tactile, period-accurate physical props (classified documents, evidence pieces, ciphers) for total physical immersion.
- Venue Transformation: We adapted the private villa to fit the game logic, precisely managing guest flow for 30 people and zoning spaces to ensure competing teams didn't cross paths prematurely.
