Context
For this IT company, it was the first joint offline experience. The client feared the "forced fun" syndrome, which often causes resistance in technical teams. The Task: Organize a soft entry into corporate culture. Create an environment (Staff Party) where colleagues who don't know each other well start communicating naturally, without the pressure of a stage or microphone.
Event Flow
We intentionally opted out of having an MC (Master of Ceremonies). The evening was coordinated by a Kitchen Event manager who stayed in the shadows while guiding the guest flow.
- Location: A cozy loft in Warsaw with zoning that encouraged private conversations rather than watching a show.
To help guests overcome the initial communication barrier, we used unobtrusive mechanics.
- People Bingo: The central interactive element. Guests received cards with facts and had to find colleagues who matched those descriptions. This turned networking into a light game with prizes at the end.
- Gaming Zone: Giant Jenga and darts operated in the background. Guests joined spontaneously, without lines or sign-ups.
- Shisha Lounge: A separate hookah zone became a magnet for those seeking maximum relaxation and quiet conversation.
We designed gift sets that conveyed warmth rather than just corporate symbolism.
- Set content: A high-quality shopper bag, a sturdy umbrella, a warm blanket, and a thermal mug. These are items that remain in the employee's daily life, reminding them of the company during the cold season.
Agency Solutions (Production & Logistics)
- Venue Scouting: Selection of an intimate loft that didn't require complex decor to create a cozy atmosphere.
- Merchandise: Full production cycle of "care kits" (design, procurement, branding).
- Catering: Organization of an Open Bar and a "comfort food" buffet, suitable for relaxed socializing.
