Winter is a magical time. It's a period when everyone reflects on the year gone by and sets goals for the upcoming one. And during this season, people often wish to experience all those winter traditions they dream of while scrolling through Instagram or Pinterest.

Guests will be greeted by animators dressed in costumes that evoke a slightly magical winter atmosphere. They will give each guest a checklist, take pictures with them, and create a positive mood.
As a pleasant gift, they can hand out lollipops or accessories that complement the guests’ outfits.
Examples of Activities from the Checklist
All guests can paint Christmas ornaments and hang them on an undecorated tree, thus decorating it themselves. In addition, there will be extra decor such as tinsel and garlands. As a symbolic start to the evening, the company’s CEO can place the tree topper, lighting the tree to signify the beginning of the evening’s program.
Among the buffet options will be a station where guests can enjoy hot chocolate with various toppings, mulled wine, and other hot beverages of your choice.
Options can vary widely, from paintings, stuffed toys, pine cone crafts, to Christmas wreaths.
We’ll make the task simpler; guests will be asked to decorate gingerbread cookies, which they can eat the same evening.
In the Santa’s Post area, guests can send branded New Year’s postcards to their family and loved ones.
If the event is outdoors, traditional winter games can be organized, and if indoors, we can use modern virtual reality attractions.
The evening wouldn’t be complete without musical and dance activities like Just Dance, Foot Karaoke, and a Music Quiz.
Throughout the evening, guests will be immersed in a New Year’s fairy tale performed by invited actors and dancers.
Options can be either with real snow or using improvised materials.
Making a Handmade Gift for a Colleague
The handmade area will offer original workshops where guests can create a gift for a colleague with their own hands.
Taking Beautiful Photos
A unique branded photo zone will be set up for guests to take great photos, and there will also be a photo booth.
Watching a New Year’s Movie
A film will feature clips of work moments and well-wishes recorded earlier by the employees themselves.
The concept can also be implemented outdoors in the format of a New Year’s fair with animators, games, workshops, and shows.
