Marrakech Introduction: Medina, Riads & Palaces

Format: Classic MICE Trip (3 days / 2 nights) Season: October – May (In summer, logistics are shifted to morning/evening)
About the Program: The baseline scenario for a first visit to the "Red City." We have removed the tourist chaos, leaving only aesthetics and comfort. The program is built on contrasts: morning — a private visit to the Majorelle Gardens, evening — a status event in a closed palace. The perfect balance of cultural immersion and European service.

Day 1. Arrival & VIP Logistics

  • Airport Fast Track: A critical option. We meet the group at Menara Airport (RAK) and guide them through passport control via a dedicated lane, bypassing hour-long queues.
  • Transfer to Riad: "Last mile" logistics. Minivans deliver the group to the Medina gates, where porters take over the luggage. Guests walk to the hotel light.
  • Rooftop Welcome Dinner: A welcome dinner on a panoramic terrace overlooking the Koutoubia minaret. Menu: Modern Moroccan cuisine (Fusion). An introduction to the city from a safe, elevated perspective.

Day 2. Privacy & Cultural Code

  • Majorelle Gardens (Private Access): We book entry to the Yves Saint Laurent villa before the ticket office opens. The team gets exclusive access to the location for content creation without crowds of tourists.
  • Medina Quest (Teambuilding): Gamification instead of a boring tour. Teams equipped with navigation tools search for hidden locations in the Old City, learn to bargain at the Spice Market (Souk), and complete tasks. Safety is ensured by an accompanying guide.
  • Gala Dinner in a Palace: The day's finale in a rented historical palace (Riad Buyout). Candles, live music, and haute cuisine.

Day 3. Wrap-up & Departure

  • Slow Breakfast: Breakfast in the inner courtyard of the Riad. Time for informal communication.
  • Transfer: Organized departure to the airport 3 hours before the flight.

Important to Know (Agency Safety Box)

  • Alcohol: Riads often lack a license. We negotiate the Corkage Fee and beverage logistics in advance.
  • Dress Code: We recommend covering shoulders and knees in the Old City for employee comfort.
