- Government Licenses (Permits): Organizing any corporate event in the UAE (especially in Dubai through the DTCM department) absolutely requires obtaining an official permit. The agency completely takes over this tedious process. An event is considered illegal without the appropriate document.
- Booking: Securing a hall becomes extremely difficult even a month in advance during the peak season of global exhibitions (like GITEX and ADIPEC). We rigorously recommend planning the substantive part 3 or 4 months before the project starts.
