KITCHEN EVENT corporate concept in Poland

Futuristic Dubai: Museum of the Future and Dubai Frame

Format: Corporate Offsite Module (4 Hours and Business Lunch) Season: Year-round (All venues are indoor)
About the Program: An inspiring incentive travel module for executive management and strategic teams. We shift the focus from Bedouin history to hard futurology. We built the route to demonstrate the speed of regional changes and to prime the group for finding innovative solutions. This is the perfect warm-up before a strategic session or annual board meeting. Such a corporate offsite stimulates out-of-the-box thinking, directly supporting HR tasks and delivering a measurable ROI.

Morning: Journey to 2071

Museum of the Future:
A visit to the most complex engineering structure on the planet. This is not a classic museum with exhibits but an immersive journey into the world of technology, bioengineering, and space. The building stands without a single column, and quotes from the Sheikh about the future cover the facade.
Business Task: Inside, the team navigates from the OSS Hope space station to the DNA bank. This visual experience immediately stimulates creative thinking and a Growth Mindset. It helps the group break out of conventional planning templates and guarantees a fresh perspective for corporate projects.

Afternoon: Contrast of Eras

Dubai Frame: A transfer to the architectural landmark that physically divides the city into yesterday and tomorrow. The 150-meter-tall golden structure serves as a massive portal connecting history with the future.
Concept and Glass Floor: The group takes a panoramic elevator to the 48th floor. One side of the glass bridge reveals the old Deira district, and the other showcases the modern skyscrapers of Sheikh Zayed Road. Walking across the transparent floor above the city center acts as an excellent mini stress test. It functions as a powerful catalyst for effective team bonding.

Late Afternoon: Business Lunch and Wrap-up

Lunch in DIFC: We conclude the program in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). This represents the business heart of the region, featuring the highest concentration of premium restaurants and progressive brutalist architecture.
Menu and Business Networking: We serve the meal in a Business Set Menu format. Elegant tableware and a private atmosphere encourage the immediate discussion of ideas gathered at the Museum of the Future. This allows the group to transition smoothly into the substantive and working part of your meeting.

Important

  • Museum Tickets: This remains the most highly demanded venue in Dubai. Booking and full payment are strictly required three to four weeks in advance.
  • Logistics: The route is highly compact. Transfers between locations take a maximum of 15 minutes, optimizing the time and budget of the entire corporate offsite.
  • Transparent Floor: For guests with severe acrophobia (fear of heights), the Dubai Frame provides safe, opaque pathways bypassing the main glass section.
