Concept "Private Presentation": An exclusive showcase of monitoring systems and a business meeting at a private villa near Warsaw.
In June, we organized a presentation of complex technological solutions for an international delegation. The project demanded complete privacy, flawless service, and flexibility. We stepped away from the format of boring hotel conference rooms. Instead, we chose a vintage countryside villa where we could seamlessly merge an official product pitch with high-quality informal networking.
Event Flow
Venue and Scratch Build
The project was prepared under a tight deadline. We rented an elegant villa in Magdalenka featuring a spacious green area. Outside, we built a presentation tent from scratch: we installed a hard floor, seating, plasma screens, and premium sound. Inside the villa, we set up a welcome zone and a shared negotiation table.
Eastern Protocol and Halal Menu
Since the guest list included a delegation from an Eastern country, we paid special attention to gastronomy. The Kitchen Event team fully adapted the menu to meet cultural standards. All dishes were prepared strictly according to halal guidelines, combining high-end restaurant presentation with comfortable, familiar flavors for the guests.
Weather Force Majeure and Plan B
Initially, part of the business program was scheduled to take place outdoors. However, the weather took a sudden turn for the worse. Thanks to a meticulously planned "Plan B," we relocated the presentation zone inside the villa within minutes. The guests didn't notice any rush—timing and comfort remained at the highest level.
Balancing Business and Trust
After the official part and lunch, the partners transitioned into casual networking. The entire villa was at their disposal: lounge zones for private conversations and a spacious hall for open dialogue. As a result, the client gained the perfect environment not just to pitch a complex product, but to strengthen personal trust with foreign investors.
