Welcoming the guests

The entrance resembles a circus tent: colorful flags, drapes, music, and the smell of popcorn.

Hostesses dressed as performers hand out tokens or charms linking each guest to a troupe.

From the start, the space is alive: mimes, magicians, and acrobats engage guests as part of the unfolding performance.

Team building in the arena of wonders

Teams are formed as “troupes,” each with a name, color, and symbol. The show begins, rewarding not just speed, but creativity, agility, and team spirit.
Sample tasks:

Speed juggling — how many balls can you keep in the air?
Obstacle course — with circus-style acrobatic elements
Tower of strength — a live human pyramid judged on stability and style
Illusionist’s codes — encrypted challenges solved together
Circus couture — create a costume from available props
XXL Tic Tac Toe — accuracy-based game like a carnival shooting range
Each stage includes animation and performance elements — part of one big storyline.

Activity zones

Throughout the evening, guests can enjoy:

• Instant caricatures from a roaming artist
• Living paintings — theatrical moving portraits
• Fortune teller — playful predictions in a mystical setting
• Memory booth — photo booth with circus props
• Musical background — live DJ or street musicians

Workshops (optional):

• Magic masks — paint your own carnival mask
• Juggling school — learn the art of juggling
• Retro posters — create circus-themed “bulletin board” posters
These can run all evening or be included in the main block.

Buffet and menu

Served in a festive, fairground-style layout: snack stations, lemonade stands, sweets.

Menu includes mini burgers, hot dogs, pizza, tacos, salad bar, popcorn in branded cups, assorted gummy candies.

Evening show
