Teambuilding
The principle of communal effort and radical creativity
- Throughout the day, guests will create many things from, at first glance, ordinary junk.
- Guests are already divided into teams by bracelets given at registration. The host will ask everyone to line up by teams - clans of burners.
- Clans will be given route sheets to follow.
- Transition from stage to stage is signaled by a sound signal.
- All stages are passed by the teams simultaneously. The first stage - clans need to come up with a name and decorate their air guide (kite).
- There will be no winner in the teambuilding. The goal is to create something unusual and new, to uncover your creative potential, while creating almost all art objects through joint efforts and improving communication quality within the team.
Examples of Teambuilding Stages
Cardboard City - Architect.
Each team must contribute to the creation of a cardboard city. All teams take turns building it, creating infrastructure. At the end of all teams' passage, a real city is formed.
Goldberg Machine - Constructor.
At this stage, teams need to create and, most importantly, launch a Goldberg machine from provided materials. Each team has its mechanism.
Art Puzzle.
At this stage, teams need to create a unified photo zone from paper cups. One team starts, the next continues creating the photo zone. It's not that simple, teams must act together, as the photo zone must form the event's name.
Drive-crash.
At this stage, participants will have to paint a white canvas with markers attached to radio-controlled cars. Try to create a thoughtful picture, then present it.
Final Stage
