KITCHEN EVENT corporate concept in Poland

The Company’s Planet

Dedication: We ask for your forgiveness for daring to propose such a concept to adults and responsible individuals. In our defense, we often need to feel like children again. Moreover, we sincerely hope that through this concept, you will better understand yourselves, your colleagues, and your company.
We’ve all read the legendary tale The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry and remember at least one of its quotes. These quotes are incredibly relevant today and deserve your attention, as the Little Prince's planet is a unique ecosystem, just like your company, with its own inhabitants and set of rules. Let’s take some time to reflect on them today and create new ones together.
Throughout the day, we will build a model of your planet, and each employee will have the opportunity to add their own rule, their own home, their own thoughts, and actions to this planet.
The main goal of this concept is to show that doing good deeds is nothing to be ashamed of and to help you reconnect with your childhood dreams.
What to Expect:

  • Multiple zones that reinterpret familiar quotes from the book
  • Workshops
  • Evening program
  • Conceptual decor
Don’t strive to do things faster, better, or prettier. Do what feels right to you, reflecting on your desires.
Planet of …

This is the central point of the event. We will prepare a model of the planet. Your task is to populate it: with homes, infrastructure, “plant” trees and flowers, and, most importantly, create the rules that govern your planet—the planet named after your company. Each guest must bring a part of themselves to the planet and reflect their personality. Everyone should be heard.

Activation Zones with Quotes:

If you keep walking straight ahead, you’ll go far”
You’ll need to solve a puzzle—a maze.

“What are the thorns for?”
You can choose seeds you like and plant a flower that you can take back to your office or home. Of course, you’ll have to care for it, but it will reward you with its beauty.

“You become responsible forever for what you’ve tamed”
You can share your initiative—talk about a good deed you’d like to do or have already done. Maybe it’s helping an animal shelter or the elderly. Invite your colleagues to do something good and find like-minded people.

“Share Your Dreams”
A few days before the event, we’ll ask employees to fill out a form about their childhood dreams. At the event, you’ll try to guess whose dream belongs to whom. Maybe your colleagues will even share a story about whether their dream came true and what they dream of now.

“Words are the source of misunderstandings”
In this zone, you’ll learn to communicate without words. Without speaking, you and your teammates must complete a puzzle—learn to feel your team.

Additional Zones:

Art Exhibition:
Each employee will draw a random scenario (e.g., "a sphinx bitten by bees") and create a painting based on it. Your colleagues will try to guess what’s depicted by writing their guesses under the drawing. At the end of the evening, the artist will reveal what was truly represented in the picture.

Book Sharing
We’ll ask you to bring your favorite books and write a note inside explaining why the book is worth reading. Your colleagues can then take the book and get to know you a little better through it.

Evening Program

Surely, there are many talents on your planet—people who once dreamed of being musicians, actors, dancers, or maybe even figure skaters? Tonight, all dreams can come true.

The performances you’ll see on stage will be created with the participation of your company’s employees. These will include dance routines and musical numbers prepared in advance under the guidance of a director.

  • Cover band performance
  • A fireworks display or cake presentation will close out the evening.
