When office routine turns into a saga and employees become northern warriors, the true adventure begins.
This day is not about reports and deadlines but about honor, unity, and the spirit of the clan. Instead of a standard team-building session — a battle for the title of the Great Clan of the North. Instead of speeches — battle cries and rituals.
If you're ready to live your own legend — you're in the right place.

Guest welcome
The venue is styled as a northern camp: flags, shields, wooden arches, runes, and hearth smoke.

Animators in Viking costumes greet the guests, apply face art with runic symbols, and weave bracelets. Lemonades, fruits, and light snacks are served. Each guest becomes part of the saga from the start.

Teambuilding quest “The Viking’s Path”
Teams become clans: invent names, raise their flags, and create their symbols. Then a series of challenges begins — testing strength, wit, and cooperation.

Example stations:

• Runic Codex – decoding an ancient message
• Drakkar Crossing – barrel-and-plank puzzle with team logic
• Odin’s Trial – quiz on Northern mythology
• Hunt in the Norwegian Forests – archery challenge
