For the event, the concept of Weekend in the village with Belarusian national flavor and special features was chosen.
The first part of the event consisted of a stylized team building “Looking for the KIA Artifact”, the company team had to milk the cow, weed the beds, harvest the crops, and apply water - everything is as it should be for the villagers.
The evening program consisted of rewarding employees and a bright program.
