As part of the preparation and implementation of the project, the following tasks were solved:

- search and management of contractors
- creation of design and decoration of the photo zone
- production of pos-materials, branded uniforms for promotional staff and presenter
- selection and training of promotional personnel
- script writing and technical timing for each city
- control of installation works
- briefing and work with bank employees who represented their Banking Services Center in each individual city and took part in the work of interactive zones.
