Summer Team Building for Softnetiks in Warsaw, 2024

On a hot summer day, we organized a team-building event for the employees of Softnetiks, aimed at strengthening team spirit through water adventures and original activities. The goal of the event was not only to let participants relax but also to create an environment for fun and cohesive interaction.
Our Actions:

  • Selected a cozy countryside cottage.
  • Organized transportation for all participants.
  • Provided catering and a mobile bar.
  • Developed a team-building program, carefully planning every detail so that water and land activities were harmoniously combined.

How It Went:

The team-building event began with a welcome speech from the host, who explained the program and divided the participants into teams.

The participants went through stages such as:

  • Naval battle
  • Boat race
  • Nerf shooting range
  • Sailing regattas
  • Water crossing
  • Pearl catchers
  • Sandcastle building

After the activities, guests relaxed in the sauna and hookah lounge.

Uniqueness: The compact group of participants (13 people) allowed for a highly personalized event, and the themed water activities gave the event a dynamic and summer adventure feel. Each participant was able to showcase their skills and build closer connections with colleagues.
