Summer Corporate Event for Hitapps, Warsaw, 2025

How it went

The day’s program was designed so that everyone could choose their preferred pace. One part of the team headed to a rope park — taking on high-altitude challenges, testing agility, and embracing the spirit of teamwork. The second group chose a kayaking route along the Vistula River: despite unexpected rain, they didn’t back down. The team encouraged each other and confidently reached the finish line.

For those who preferred a quieter day, we set up a cozy lounge zone with a scenic view of nature — perfect for conversations, peaceful breaks, and recharging.

Throughout the day, guests enjoyed themed areas:

• a tote bag customization workshop
• a shisha lounge
• a giant Jenga tower — a fun, relaxed activity for everyone

In the evening, guests took part in the interactive game "Musical Bingo", which quickly brought everyone together, filling the space with laughter and emotion. The day ended with a celebratory cake featuring the Hitapps logo and a vibrant live band performance.

Our actions

• Chose a location and adapted it to the Village Party concept
• Divided the activities by guests’ preferences: sport, relaxation, creativity
• Organized an evening program with a musical game and live concert
• Created comfortable spaces for connection and rest
• Provided full technical and logistical coordination throughout the event

What made it special

The true strength of this event was balance. We combined active adventures, creative expression, and the spirit of a live summer celebration. A surprise rainfall during the kayaking only strengthened the team’s bond — they supported one another and turned a challenge into an unforgettable moment. And the handmade souvenirs became warm reminders of the day.
