In-Office Christmas Activities for SOFTSWISS, December 2025
SOFTSWISS is a large IT company with a distributed team structure. In December, it was crucial for the client to maintain corporate spirit simultaneously across multiple locations, bridging the geographical gap between Poland and Georgia.
The Task: Integrate the holiday celebration into the work schedule for 300 people without disrupting business processes. We needed to create a unified emotional field for three offices, ensuring an identical level of service and decoration in each country.
Project Flow
Visual Communication. We marked the start of the week through tactile contact. Christmas cards, designed specifically for the event, appeared in the workspaces.
Branded Design: We opted out of stock images in favor of custom graphics in corporate colors, reinforcing the brand's visual identity.
Aroma & Taste Marketing(Mulled Wine Kits). To engage all senses, we organized a DIY (Do It Yourself) zone in all locations.
Mechanics: Employees could assemble their own mulled wine kits to take home.
Execution: We sourced fresh spices (not pre-made mixes, but natural ingredients) and designed branded packaging with instructions. Portions were calculated so the assembly process took 2 minutes and didn't distract from work.
Art Workshop(Bauble Painting). Mid-week, the offices turned into creative workshops for 100 people in each city.
Format: Christmas ornament painting workshops led by professional artists.
Engagement: This created a meeting point in the office — colleagues discussed designs, took photos of their work, and took home a unique souvenir made with their own hands.
Live Performance(Santa Visit). The week concluded with live interaction.
Script: A professional actor dressed as Santa visited each office, creating an atmosphere of light nostalgia. The interaction included a playful exchange (a poem for sweets) and informal chatting, reducing workplace tension.
Kitchen Event Solutions (Production & Logistics)
Multi-location Logistics: The main challenge — synchronizing vendors in three cities (Warszawa, Poznan, Tbilisi). We ensured a unified quality standard for ingredients and materials across two different countries.
Custom Production: Design and printing of 300+ units of polygraphy in a consistent style, adapted to local requirements.
Sourcing: Day-to-day purchasing of fresh products for mulled wine stations in each location to guarantee freshness.
Result
The project solved the challenge of unifying the corporate experience. 300 employees in Poland and Georgia felt part of a single entity, receiving the same high level of care and festive mood.
