Our retro-gaming New Year’s corporate event transports you into the world of old-school arcades and gaming clubs, where simplicity met pure fun and wild energy.

Welcome Zone

  • Guests are greeted at registration with themed badges — pixel heroes, iconic logos, and arcade symbols. A souvenir and a part of the atmosphere in one.
  • Video game characters welcome the guests — a quick chat and a nostalgic photo “just like back then.”
  • A neon bar with a retro menu and custom glassware sets the vibe.
  • The DJ kicks off the evening with game soundtracks and iconic era hits — setting the mood from the very first beat.

Evening Program

• Live interactions with the host — breaking the ice, cracking jokes, and scoring first points for team games
• Musical bingo — guess the tunes from retro games and top charts of the ‘80s–‘90s
• Neon drummer show — a high-energy upgrade for the atmosphere
• Cover band — timeless dance anthems performed live
• Just Dance — a group dance battle to fan-favorite tracks
• Creative moment “Game Covers” — two personalized covers: memories of the outgoing year and dreams for the next
• Finale: awards ceremony, a group photo by a neon slogan, and an open dance floor

Retro Button & Auction

In a special zone, a giant red button awaits. Push it — and receive three tasks: one game-based, one creative, and one brainy. For each completed task, your team earns a coin.

At the end of the night, teams combine their coins and join the retro auction with fun prizes.

Aesthetic & Photo Zones

Neon slogans, a wall of CD discs, shelves filled with VHS tapes, a “pixelated” archway, a tower of soft foam pixels, and a cozy nook with old-school CRT TVs — dozens of spots made for photos and short videos.

Food & Bar

Buffet stations or set dinner format — spread across the venue. Warm finger foods, gaming-friendly snacks, and a dessert display.

The bar features a lineup of themed cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) with retro names and subtle neon vibes.

Chill Zone

A dedicated lounge space with soft lighting and a shisha menu inspired by classic games — perfect for a breather between battles.

Dress Code

Casual Retro Gaming: graphic tees, denim jackets, bomber coats, flannel shirts, pins, and bracelets. Tonight, everyone is the hero of their favorite game.
