Winter Corporate Event in Warsaw for Hitapps, 2024

The winter corporate event for Hitapps was held in the style of a "Secret Society," filled with mystery and intrigue. The main goal of the evening was to make every guest feel significant in solving the mystery, adding intrigue and engaging participants in a shared treasure hunt.

Our Actions:

  • Selected a stylish venue perfectly suited to the theme.
  • Designed a program that included both team-building activities and entertainment.

How It Went:

  • Guests were welcomed by the host and manager, who guided them and assisted with seating (banquet format).
  • Participants took part in the "Intuition" game, where they guessed interesting and unexpected facts about their colleagues.
  • As part of the background activities, guests created their own unique scents during an aromatherapy masterclass. A photo booth with artificial intelligence allowed attendees to try on unusual looks and take memorable photos.
  • The evening concluded with a performance by a cover band, leaving guests in high spirits and with positive energy.

Uniqueness:

The event not only helped guests unwind but also provided a fresh perspective on their colleagues. The true "treasure" turned out to be the strengthened bonds and the realization that the most valuable thing is the people around them.
