Oscar Night Award Ceremony in Bialystok, January 2026

In January, we executed a project in Bialystok focused on strengthening organizational culture. The client required a format that emphasized the value of every employee. This was not just a party, but a tool for non-monetary motivation and Employee Recognition.
The Task: Organize a solemn Award Ceremony while avoiding pathos and boredom. Develop 30 unique nominations that turn the official part into an emotional recognition show.

Scriptwriting & Nominations
The core value of this project was deep copywriting. We avoided templates.
  • Profiling: For each of the 30 guests, we wrote a personal nomination based on their real achievements, character, and role in the team.
  • Dramaturgy: The script was structured to alternate touching moments with humor, keeping the audience engaged throughout the evening.
Visualization & Attributes
To give the event the status of a Gala, we refined every detail.
  • Custom Trophies: Specifically for the event, we produced personalized star-shaped trophies with the company logo. This transformed the award from a "souvenir" into a source of "personal pride."
  • Red Carpet Vibe: The photo zone and dress code supported the film premiere atmosphere, generating content for the company's Employer Branding.
Interactive Elements
The host maintained dynamics between award presentations.
  • Oscar Moments: Recreating famous award moments (star selfie), live interviews in the hall, and quizzes about company life. This prevented the static atmosphere typical of long banquets.

  • Award Management: Full direction of the ceremony — from writing intros to musical cues for each nominee's entrance.
  • Production: Design and production of high-quality award merchandise.
  • Local Coordination: Turn-key event organization in Bialystok, leveraging logistics from Warsaw.
