WILD VILLA GAMES is an active company retreat in the format of a tournament show. Guests don’t just compete — they become stars of a real sports spectacle: with props, referees, scoreboards, fans, and a final celebration. It’s an event that sticks in memory.

Guest welcome

Guests are greeted by hosts and helpers in playful sporty outfits — logo tees, whistles, funny glasses. In the welcome area: light snacks, drinks, and team merch — bandanas, wristbands, or team-colored shirts.

Teams of 4–7 are formed, rules are explained, and the mood is light, active, and cheerful from the start.

WILD VILLA GAMES tournament

The competition is scored as a team challenge. For each game, points are awarded based on performance and creativity. The team with the most points wins.
Sample disciplines:
• Water biathlon — swim + shoot water gun at targets
(judged by accuracy and time)
• Beer Pong XXL — buckets instead of cups, gym balls instead of ping pong balls
(judged by number of hits and style)
• Blind pool — one blindfolded, the other gives verbal directions
(judged by time and number of items collected)
• Flipper football — 3v3 mini-match in diving fins
(judged by score and entertainment)
• Speed build — construct a tower from random materials
(judged by height and stability)
• Jacuzzi freestyle — artistic performance in costume
(judged by charisma, improvisation, crowd reaction)
• Giant Jenga — pull and stack blocks without collapsing
(judged by successful moves)
• Watermelon race hands-free — who eats a watermelon fastest without hands
(judged by speed and neatness)
Final ceremony: medals, fun titles (“most soaked,” “freestyle king,” “yoga master”), gag prizes and trophies.
