Summer Corporate Event for BNB-Bank, 2024

We organized a summer corporate event for 600 employees of BNB-Bank in the style of a children's camp. Guests participated in sports challenges, survival tasks, and extreme activities, relaxed, and most importantly, bonded as a team. We divided the participants into groups where they competed in team-building activities, participated in a quiz, and selected Mr. and Miss Camp.
Our Actions:

  • Developed the event concept in the style of a summer camp.
  • Designed and organized team-building activities, including sports challenges and survival tasks.
  • Selected contractors.
  • Wrote the event script and timing.
  • Produced promotional materials (POSM).
  • Developed decor that perfectly captured the spirit of a summer camp.
  • Selected and trained promo staff for the event.
  • Administered the entire event process.

Uniqueness:

Despite the scale of the event with 600 participants, we successfully organized a corporate event that united employees and created an atmosphere that allowed them not only to relax but also to feel like part of a team.
