Dubai Desert: Jeep Safari & Dinner Under the Stars

Format: Evening Event (15:00 – 22:00) Season: October – May (Replaced by indoor activities in Summer)
About the Program: The strongest emotional anchor of the entire trip. This is not a tourist conveyor belt, but a private adventure in the Dubai Conservation Reserve exclusively for your company. We use the desert as a tool for brain rebooting. The contrast between the absolute silence of the sands and the adrenaline of off-roading unites the team better than any office training.

Part 1. Jeep Safari & Extreme

Journey to the Dunes
Toyota Land Cruiser jeeps (6 pax per car) pick you up right at the hotel doors. The comfortable drive from the city to the reserve takes about 45–60 minutes. Urban landscapes gradually give way to endless dunes.
Dune Bashing
The active part begins — driving over high red dunes with professional drivers. This is safe extreme sports that trigger a storm of emotions and an endorphin rush. We make a mandatory stop on a picturesque dune ridge at sunset. The light at this time is perfect for group photos.

Part 2. Bedouin Camp & Dinner

Arabian Hospitality
Arrival at a stylized desert camp, closed exclusively for your group. No outside tourists or queues. You are welcomed traditionally: Arabic coffee with cardamom, dates, and light snacks. Guests can relax in the lounge zone with carpets and cushions (Majlis), smoke shisha, or get henna painting.
BBQ Dinner
A rich buffet: grilled meat (shish tawook, kebabs, tender lamb chops), traditional appetizers (hummus, tabbouleh, mutabal), and fresh bread straight from the oven.
Team Atmosphere
The evening by the bonfire is time for communication without gadgets. We can supplement the program with a Drum Circle, a bright fire show, or simply leave time for soulful conversations under the open sky.

Part 3. Return to the City

Transfer to Hotel
The return journey to the hotel. The team returns slightly physically tired, but emotionally charged and rebooted.

Agency Safety Box (Important to Know)

  • Seasonality: The program is available only in "High Season" (October-May). In summer, due to heat (+45°C), we replace this module with evening karting or Ski Dubai snow park.
  • Privacy: We guarantee exclusive camp rental for groups of a certain size.
