Immersion into the Y2K era — this is how we created a unique atmosphere for Softnetix's corporate evening. Music, memes, hits, and entertainment from the 2000s transported guests back in time, filling the evening with vibrant moments, nostalgia, and pure fun.
Our actions:

  • Selected a picturesque countryside house near Warsaw.
  • Organized transportation to ensure guests’ comfort.
  • Chose catering and bar service providers, carefully curating the menu and drinks.
  • Created an engaging program with contests, dancing, and activities reflecting the Y2K spirit.

How it went:

  • A host in a stylish 2000s outfit welcomed guests at the entrance, setting the mood for the night.
  • After a relaxed lunch, the active program kicked off, splitting guests into two teams.
  • Themed contests included a meme quiz, a tectonic dance masterclass, and guessing games with music videos, movies, and hits of the era.
  • Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed arcade machines, pinball, and virtual reality.
  • For those preferring a quieter atmosphere, there were billiards and a poker table.
  • The night concluded with karaoke, relaxation in the jacuzzi, and sauna.

Uniqueness:

This corporate event became a true time-travel experience. Guests not only relived the highlights of their youth but also gained a fresh perspective on Y2K culture. The evening brought everyone together in a vibrant atmosphere filled with joy, nostalgia, and genuine emotions.
