Guest arrival
Guests will enter a magical space, where the path to the main hall winds through shimmering twilight lit by candles and enchanting elements. House banners, guiding signs, mystical candlelight, and magical details all around will create a truly mesmerizing scene.
At the entrance, guests will be greeted by the Heads of Houses and the Sorting Hat, which will assign each participant to a Hogwarts house:
Gryffindor — courage and determination
Slytherin — cunning and ambition
Hufflepuff — kindness and loyalty
Ravenclaw — wisdom and intellect
After this magical sorting, each guest will receive a distinctive item — a badge, bracelet, or scarf — becoming a member of their house for the entire evening.
Also at the entrance, guests will meet a Micro-Mage, who will effortlessly demonstrate astonishing tricks filled with mysterious moments and surprising twists.
A refined champagne tower will add a unique New Year’s atmosphere of celebration and wonder. Nearby, a themed photo zone, along with a vocalist and violinist performing in perfect harmony, will create a tender and spellbinding ambiance.
Dress code
The evening’s main style is classic Black Tie with magical details. Deep blue, emerald, burgundy, and black shades, velvet, shimmering fabrics, embroidery, brooches, feathers, and elements with moon and star symbols are all encouraged. Accessories that hint at the magical world — tiny keys, amulets, pendants, or wands — are especially welcome.

Letter from Hogwarts
Guests can write a festive letter to loved ones using magical inks and quills. Messages are created on decorative scrolls with wax seals. All letters will be delivered to the recipients by New Year’s, serving as a warm reminder of this magical evening.

Here, guests won’t just taste magical cocktails — they’ll become potion masters themselves, creating their own enchanting drinks. From mood-boosting potions to elixirs with incredible flavors — anything is possible!
Fortune Teller
In a secluded corner of the hall lies the divination zone. There, guests will find a mysterious seer with cards, crystal balls, and ancient scrolls. She will reveal glimpses of the future, immersing guests in the ambiance of mystical prophecy.
Balance Board
Remember how Harry Potter learned to balance on a broom? In this zone, guests will test their balance — not on a broom, but on a themed balance board that recreates the sensation of flying.
Snitch
An interactive zone that tests dexterity and reaction. Inspired by Quidditch, guests must “catch snitches” in a modified grabber-style game. Whoever collects the most magical artifacts within the time limit wins!
Magical Fortune Reader
When a guest touches the magical reader, it instantly “senses” their state of mind and questions, delivering a personalized message. It could be advice, a warning, or a spark of inspiration for the upcoming year.

Magical Lottery
Throughout the evening, each guest will complete three tasks randomly assigned by the Magical Lottery. These challenges might range from learning a new spell to solving a riddle or performing a magical ritual.
Once all tasks are completed, guests will receive a magical coin at a special stand. This coin can be exchanged for sweet treats inspired by the world of Harry Potter — chocolate frogs, caramel truffles, and other magical delights — in a themed candy shop to end the evening on a sweet note.
Creation of the Book of Magic
Each house (representing a department or team) will create its own Book of Magic. This will be a collaborative project that combines creativity, emotion, and teamwork.
Every participant will contribute to their house’s book by adding words of gratitude and warm memories from the year, magical wishes for colleagues, illustrations, symbols, and decorative elements reflecting shared values and the unique energy of the team.
