MICE & Incentive Trip for Fintech Company in Dubai, December 2025

Context & Challenge

The client needed a deep reboot for their top team. Sometimes the best way to unite leaders is not to explain, but to let them live through a shared experience.

The Goal: To create a two-day journey where the city's dynamics fade into the desert's silence, and individual leaders become a unified entity. We designed a scenario where activity turned into ritual, and every stage fostered bonding.

Event Flow

Day 1. Evening on the Water

The journey began with a comfortable transfer to the marina, where a private yacht, chartered exclusively for the team, awaited.

  • Atmosphere: Cruising under the city lights and the sound of waves.
  • Service: Fine dining catering prepared by a chef directly on board ("live cooking").
  • Ice-breaking: A relaxed rhythm, conversations, and karaoke, which unexpectedly became the point of maximum closeness — sans formalities or corporate hierarchy.

Day 2. Path Through the Elements

Morning began with immersion into the legend. At the first desert location, guests received a traditional welcome (Arabic coffee, dates) and branded welcome packs (shoppers, keffiyehs, sunglasses, water skins). The program revolved around four elements:

  • Earth: High-speed buggy rides and sandboarding — drive, freedom, and excitement.
  • Water: A symbolic camel caravan — a lesson in endurance and resource conservation.
  • Air: Interaction with a falcon. A meditative moment requiring focus and trust.
  • Fire: Team fire-starting challenge — a test of concentration and synergy.

In the finale, after collecting artifacts, the team assembled the company name and built a collective Totem — a symbol of restored balance.

Evening Finale & Ritual

The culmination was a "chest with a message from the desert." Guests could make a wish or release their anxieties. Personal fears were written on small papers and burned in a symbolic cleansing ritual.

The evening continued in a private camp: live Oud music, Yola dance show, fire show, and dinner under the stars. The night ended with a game of "Mafia" using custom cards, designed specifically for the brand in a Middle Eastern style.

Kitchen Event Solutions (Production & Logistics)

  • Concept: We created a cohesive story with dramaturgy (intro, trials, climax).
  • Logistics: Seamless venue changes (Hotel -> Yacht -> Desert) maintaining 5-star comfort.
  • Customization: Unique props and merch that fully immersed guests in the legend.

Result

This was not just an event, but a lived experience. The balance of elements was restored, and the top management team left the desert more collected, calm, and whole.
