Secrets of Warsaw

Behind each façade — a piece of the past. Around every corner — a puzzle.

In this format, Warsaw isn’t just a capital city; it becomes a riddle to be solved, with teams acting as urban explorers.

This day isn’t about typical teambuilding — it’s about excitement, attention to detail, and seeing the city with fresh eyes.
Perfect for those who enjoy movement, intellectual challenges, and the thrill of a city expedition.

What to expect:

• welcoming guests in a stylish welcome zone
• a city quest across 15–18 locations in central Warsaw
• a route with tasks, photo challenges, and historical ciphers
• an intellectual team competition
• a final stop for rest and result announcement
• closing format of your choice: picnic, restaurant, or rooftop party
Ideal group size — from 5 to 30 participants. The quest is scalable for any size or group dynamics.

Guest welcome

Guests are welcomed by the event team at the starting point — a cozy welcome zone with refreshments (water, fruit, snacks) and branded items.

Each team receives route sheets, quest legend, pins or bracelets.

Teams of 4–6 people. Before starting — a short briefing with a touch of intrigue.

Quest “Warsaw Mysteries”

The city quest is based on a well-planned route of 15–18 stops, covering both iconic spots and hidden gems: the Saxon Garden, secret courtyards, monuments, and bas-reliefs.
Participants will encounter:

• puzzles based on urban architecture
• clues hidden in plaques, signs, visual elements
• photo challenges: find the object, take a photo, mark it on the map
• built-in facts about Warsaw that help in solving the riddles
• point system with bonuses for creativity, speed, and accuracy
The quest runs at an active but comfortable pace — blending teamwork, exploration, analysis, and light competition.

Background activities

The final stop becomes a relaxing hangout zone:

• chillout area with blankets, drinks, and music
• photo zone with views of the city or nature
• mini-quiz based on the quest
• host-led interactions or symbolic prize ceremony

A chance to reflect, share impressions, and unwind.

Buffet and day wrap-up

The closing format is up to you. Possible options:

• picnic in a city park with blankets, light gourmet set, and drinks
• dinner in a cozy restaurant overlooking the Old Town
• rooftop party with cocktails, DJ set, and sunset views of Warsaw
Menu tailored to your format: finger food, Polish and European cuisine sets, a bar with soft and alcoholic drinks.

Decor and photo zones

We can install themed zones at the final location:

• Warsaw city map with the quest route
• “urban expedition” installation — compasses, scrolls, keys
• banner with the winning team’s name
• retro corner for atmospheric snapshots

A photographer is on-site, and an interactive photo booth is available upon request.

Optional add-ons:

• route and material branding
• personalized challenges (integrating company values)
• video coverage of the quest and finale
